A shadow of an art movie
14 February 2022
A romantic love between two people where there is no problem and when the story doesn't have anything to say, accidents come to help. The accidents are not related to the main line of the narration and could be anything. So, we call it a weak movie! Directing is acceptable. I personally like the long silence, but it has to lay down on a layer of suspension. Generally, the art cinema passed this point years ago.

Can't believe it's an Oscar winner movie!!
9 June 2021
I'm still in shock how this movie has been nominated for couple of oscars in any case! Yes the message is today's trend and has to be heard (honestly that's the only reason I could convince myself to recommend it) but from all point of view, its an average movie. Directing remind me the 90s movies with theatrical gestures, of course all actings follow the direction, shallow and predictable. The story doest have enough reasons to satisfy our logic. Comparing with the other movies at this genre, Gone girl or prisoners, its nothing to talk about.the ending is awful and mostly comic rather than a crime movie.3 stars for editing and some technical efforts.

Terrible ending!
25 July 2018
Although the story is cliche but acceptable acting and directing alongside the other technical elements, make the audience to stay with it to the end but the shallow ending makes everyone significantly disappointed. In fact the director put an end to the work which doesn't belong to this mystery - crime - trail story, it's actually defined for neorealism. Of course it drops the rate badly.
