Most Deserving IMDb Top 250 TV #1 Show
4 June 2019
The horror of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster showed in the best possible way. The politics and lies of USSR costs thousands of lives. One of the best TV Series I have ever seen. The direction, creativity, cinematography, location everything was perfect to every last details. It very much deserves to be the IMDb Top 250 TV #1.

First Lose, Then Come Back and Win
20 May 2019
First you lose against the bad guy, then go back to your place, work hard, get prepared, come back and win against that bad guy. The same old story.

A Low Budget Version of '2012'
20 May 2019
This disaster movie based on natural disaster (earthquake), is actually a disaster. A cheap and low budget version of 2009's grand hit '2012' and the over acting from almost all the cast comes as bonus for the viewers.

Ignore The Final Season, And The Show Is Great
20 May 2019
Everyone got everything what they wanted from Season 1 in the end. Finally, the series finale is little more satisfactory than other Episodes of the final season. Expected a better ending, of course. But, the show was already ruined in the last 5 episodes and so a perfectly grand ending was not possible. David Benioff and D.B. Weiss took the responsibility to direct the final episode and did well. At least fans are getting a happy ending.

The Worst and Unnecessary Remake Ever
15 May 2019
One of the worst remakes I have ever seen. Really not needed to make this film after 2016's grand hit 'The Jungle Book'. The VFX was terrible. Didn't expect this kind of VFX from a Hollywood movie. The animals look like came from Cartoon Network or POGO!

Terrific Ending
22 March 2019
Based on one of the bravest stories of Indian history. Direction could have been better. Shooting location was beautiful. Akshay Kumar was brilliant as always. Songs could have been better. The final scene was terrific and gets an extra point.

One of the Most Disappointing MCU Movie in Recent Time
10 March 2019
First half was boring. Second half was good. The ending was even better.

Best moments in the film:

1. Tribute to Stan Lee in the Marvel intro at the beginning. 2. The Stan Lee cameo in the middle of the film. 3. The performance of Goose (the Cat). It was quite funny. 4. And the ending of course.

Overall the film is disappointing with respect to other MCU movies in recent times. Could have been better.

Good But Didn't Deserve The Best Picture Oscar
2 March 2019
Good screenplay, nice story, great performance by Mahershala Ali. But still I would say 'Bohemian Rhapsody' was more deserving to win the Best Picture award at the Oscars this year. The Academy is giving priority to the films based on the "Black and White" situation in America from some years. This partiality should be stopped, I believe.

Not So Oscar-Worthy
23 February 2019
Bradley and Gaga both performed well but the film is not so Oscar-worthy, except the song "Shallow", which Gaga has rocked with her high pitch voice.

Rami Malek's Best Performance of His Life
23 February 2019
Beautiful and well directed film by Bryan Singer. Excellent (or life's best) performance by Rami Malek deserves the Best Lead Actor Oscar this year. Superb Editing (both film and sound). My pick for this year's Best Picture at the Oscars. According to my prediction, it'll win all the 5 Oscars it has been nominated for: 1. Best Picture 2. Best Lead Actor 3. Film Editing 4. Sound Editing 5. Sound Mixing

Poor Direction in the End of the Film
26 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
***SPOILER IS IN BOLD***

The film was supposed to be an excellent one...the direction was good throughout the film...but poor direction in the end (NO...A 2ND INSTALLMENT FOR A BIOPIC IS REALLY NOT NEEDED) makes it a mediocre film...Nawazuddin's performance is brilliant, as always.

A 'Modern' Adaptation of The Acclaimed Novel
18 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
The 'modern' adaptation of Mani Shankar Mukherjee's acclaimed novel 'Chowringhee'.

Direction: Usual Srijit Mukherji style, but could have been better.

Acting: A mega star cast movie. Everyone performed so well. Notable mention - Swastika Mukherjee.

Music: All of them are very much related to the movie plot and nice composition. Best track - "Kichchu Chaini Aami", the female version.

***Minor Spoiler Part***

The final conversation scene between Abir Chatterjee and Parambrata Chatterjee in the elevator was little confusing. Audience already found out what happened. Did they talk about anything else? We don't know, because only their expressions were shown on the screen with sad background score.

Excellent Performance by the Whole Cast
17 January 2019
Letting Dev play the role of a dumb is an excellent decision by Srijit Mukherji. Otherwise he could have ruined the entire movie with his power of delivering the dialogues. Anyway, excellent performance by the whole cast.

A Must Watch Movie for All
17 January 2019
One of the best Bengali movies in recent times. This is must watch for everyone, specially for those who heard the news of Hetal Parekh murder case (March 5, 1990) for which Dhananjoy Chatterjee was hanged at Alipore Jail on August 14, 2004.

The film shows how the judicial system of our country worked (or still works) for rich people and the poor got suffered (or still suffers).

If 'Crime' is the name of the dish then Anurag Kashyap is the masterchef in India. Simply WOW!!! Excellent performance by the whole cast. Can't wait for season 2.

My pick for next year's Oscars' Best Picture winner. Incredible story, nicely directed and the tribute in the end showing actual footage was hard to digest.

Greatest Marathi Movie Ever Made
16 January 2019
"Cast System" - the biggest problem in Indian society. A romantic story shown in the most simple and realistic way. And the breathtaking climax...

This is the first Marathi movie I have ever seen and truly deserves the "Greatest Marathi Movie Ever Made" tag. Love to see more Marathi movies.
