Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017)
Why??
Constantly asking "Why?" throughout this film. The 2 main actors don't suit their roles, particularly Dane, he made me cringe multiple times with his attempt at a Keanu Reeves impersonation. The script is awful, jokes that aren't funny, limp declarations of love, and things that just don't make sense.
Certain points in the plot don't make any sense and seem futile.
The graphics were good though, I'll give them that!
Fifty Shades of Grey (2015)
Terrible in all categories
This movie was confusing, not because of any complexities, but because of the plot, the acting, and the lack of chemistry.
The film's plot is ridiculous; a young chaste woman meets a S&M sex addict and they begin a relationship, but it's not a relationship because he doesn't do romance, but it is a relationship because she really likes him, but she needs to sign a contract so he can do S&M things to her, but she won't sign it, but does all the S&M things anyway... yeah- weird and doesn't make sense.
Jamie Dornan is a great actor... in the fall, but not this. The role doesn't suit him, and he lacks chemistry with south Dakota Who looks as if she's about to burst out laughing in every scene.
Ive read the book and it's pretty awful, but this is worse and awkward and a waste of time.
Empire: Cupid Painted Blind (2017)
Great twist
I love Empire. I love how ridiculous it is and how exaggerated the characters are. But they did something that I didn't see coming. Great twist at the end.
Grey's Anatomy: I Saw What I Saw (2009)
The best episode so far in season 6
At last! I've been waiting for a while for something exciting to happen. I loved the different perspectives of the characters. Reminds me of Pupl Fiction.
