Not funny
Is this a comedy? If so, it's not funny, it's boring and full of cliches. The acting is horrible as well. Anyway, don't waste your precious time with this horrible film.
La isla mínima (2014)
Great Spanish Film
Great Spanish police suspense, which captures attention from start to finish. In addition to the main plot, there is a small plot involving the past of one of the detectives and the political belief of the other. Furthermore, there is no way to stop praising the beautiful photograph from the film, with beautiful aerial shots. Although, in the beginning, it may seem a bit cliché, it is a real breath in the midst of so many police films that always fall in common. It's worth watching.
A Long Way Down (2014)
Painful and boring
It has a very interesting and promising start, however, afterwards, it descends into an overly boring drama, full of stereotypes, such as music to make you cry, self-help speech, happy ending. The only thing that is saved in the whole film is the performance of the always good Toni Collete, besides, it gets to be painful and tiring to watch it.
Aya Arcos (2014)
Too amateur.
The film has an interesting story, but the script is too simple, does not go deep into some issues, leaving some holes. In addition, the film is too amateurish, especially on technical issues. For example, the sound is almost inaudible in various dialogues of the characters, as the sound of the surrounding environment is captured rather than the speech of the characters. The actors also leave something to be desired, their interpretations are too artificial and mechanical, lacking spontaneity. Anyway, it is worth watching Aya Arcos and drawing your own conclusions.
