Avoid its formation through effective brushing
To avoid too frequent scaling, you must slow down the formation of dental plaque and tartar. To do this, simply brush your teeth at least twice a day, preferably after each meal. Through its mechanical action, effective brushing eliminates food residues and bacteria that could accumulate on the surface of the teeth. For effective brushing, it is recommended to use a suitable toothpaste and a soft toothbrush with a small head (to easily access all teeth). The toothbrush should not be shared with other family members (to avoid mixing bacteria) and replaced approximately every 3 months (or as soon as its bristles become curled).
