Capcom's masterpiece
2 June 2002
This game (while not as good as the sequel, 3rd Strike) stands as a testament to how good fighting games still are. Beginners will easily pick up the controls, and moves. Veterans will excel with the new techniques available, like the Parry and Universal Overhead. Street Fighter 2 players or any fighting fans will feel right at home here, but I would highly recommend it to anyone due to it fun factor and replay value! Fighting games just don't get much better than this!!

The Bouncer (2000 Video Game)
The Bouncer
2 June 2002
The Bouncer is a great game that could have been a number one hit, except the fact that it is really repetitive. After playing it through the 6th time, boredom kicked in and I put the controller down. If you are looking for a great game with a rather good replay value get this game. The graphics will blow you away and the story is one the greatest. This game is a must have for any PS2 owner.

Grand Theft Auto III (2001 Video Game)
Grand Theft Auto 3 is a must have for your PS2 Collection
2 June 2002
Although extremely violent and bloody, Grand Theft Auto 3 is one of those games that you actually feel you're a part of. Every component of the game fits together like a puzzle and combines to engulf you in an amazing experience. No other game can match Grand Theft Auto 3's ambition. Rockstar set out to make a worthy successor to the series, and they not only succeeded but created one of the best games I have ever had the pleasure of playing. Roll on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City

Devil May Cry (2001 Video Game)
Devil May Cry rocks, baby!
2 June 2002
Devil May Cry is as much as a stylish thriller as it is an intense action game. There are many graphical nuances that enhance the experience as well, such as entering a mirror and having this alternate world appear blurry. Numerous attacks are portrayed with ultra fast and smooth animations, contributing if nothing else to how much fun the game is to play and how much fun these battles are to be involved in. Dante can also hover in the air after a jump and fire his handguns, gaining even more bonus points in the 'damn that's really cool' category.

Unfortunately the game ends a bit quickly. The game can easily be completed in under ten hours, longer only if the player wants to complete the game on all the difficulty settings and earn the highest ranking on each mission. Otherwise, you're looking at a game that will satisfy most with only a rental. However, it's the type of game everyone should have in their collection. It's one of the few elite games that have graced the PS2 so far.

The Perfect Tactical Espionage Action!!
2 June 2002
This game is undoubtedly amazing. We are witnessing a new era of gaming, and one for the better. This game is true to its roots, but also has something new. Something fresh and something very very moving. This game is a true masterpiece, cause you leave it, feeling like you've watched an awesome movie, or read an awesome book. Best game of the year? Probably! Now rent it or buy it? If you liked the first, go ahead and buy it for sure! Satisfaction guaranteed. Otherwise, renting it can't hurt. If you like the idea of infiltration espionage, than do yourself a favor and check it out.

A Perfect 10/10.

One of the greatest fighters I've played for a long time!
15 September 2001
Marvel Vs Capcom 2, as the spectacular tournament fighting game it is, has lived up to its expectations, and it has grandly surpassed them. Capcom has filled a tired genre with innovations again. It makes me wonder what is in store for Marvel Vs Capcom 3. The graphics are just unbelievable! The music and sound affects are superb, and the gameplay is fast and furious (as well being great fun) with great control. The character selection in the game is amazing, as well. This is such a great game!

Marvel Super Heroes (1995 Video Game)
It's street fighter the MARVEL way!
15 September 2001
Marvel Super Heroes is the second of the Street Fighter style games from Capcom that feature characters from Marvel Comics. Marvel Super Heroes (MSH from here) is a lot smoother and cleaner than its predecessor, X-Men: Children of the Atom. The controls are outstanding, and the graphics are beautiful. This game is a MUST buy for fighting fans as well as for everybody! Now excuse me while I must finish this wolverine...
