3 lbs.: The Cutting Edge (2006)
One of the Best
This episode, #7-The Cutting Edge, continues the excellent progress of an outstanding medical drama about the human brain and those gifted and talented enough to delve into it. Again in this episode, we are treated to intelligent script writing and a beautifully haunting and touching musical score. Once again there are excellent performances by the actors, both veteran faces such as Stanley Tucci and Frances de la Tour, as well as those wonderful new actors, shown to the television audiences for the first time. We can only hope CBS has the good sense to bring "3 lbs" back from it's hiatus and give this quality drama the chance it deserves.

I agree with Annie
I totally agree with Annie from N.Mexico...what is wrong at CBS, when they don't give a show of this caliber a chance???? I will say that an earlier time slot, say 9:00pm would be a better choice, as many people I've spoken to are in my age group (50+). This is a huge audience for intelligent writing with heart. I personally know someone in my own family who related to the "Heart Stopping" episode and he appreciated the exploration of that subject. This is a new field being explored in a medical show...not to mention Stanley Tucci's beautiful and multi-layered performance, that alone worth watching, along with newer talent. Let's let CBS know that they made a mistake!!!!
