It's excellent for actors who are newer to the industry or are looking for a refresher course. The host is new to the industry himself, so he has a good understanding of what new cast and crew go through every day on set. He also brings in lots of good guests. He has a solid mix of actors, casting directors, directors, writers, producers and more. He always encourages people to get on set to learn what the industry is like firsthand and he shares most of his own personal on set experiences as well.
