At work I help out companies setup their computers, fix a printer, install windows and stuff like that.
My main passion is gymnastic and Airtrack training. I spend about 1-2 hours a day training on Airtracks and trampolines at home. Out door on my 5 meter Airtrack when the weather is good, or indoor on my 3 meter Airtrack when it's raining or to cold for outdoor training.
I also workout 2-3 times a week in my local fitness center to strengthen my body and keep up the shape for the gymnastic stuff.
Recently I have spend a lot less time on the Airtrack in favor of my brand new standup paddleboard. These new isups are so much fun and something I can really recommend for all. A bit hard the first hour or so, but then it becomes pretty easy and quite fun. So if you enjoy sports without to much action, then give standup paddleboard a try. I would go so far and say it's more fun than my Berg trampoline. But not quite as fun as my Airtrack. But for now I spend most time on the stand up paddleboard as it's almost to hot to be anywhere where it's not water nearby. So it's understandable why so many people are using standup paddleboards these days. It does require a bit of practice to get started, just like you would see it with a trampoline or Airtrack, but I think all can do it with a little practice. But for me Airtracks are still the best type of fitness equipment you can get.
For me relaxing are doing things like talking a walk in the nature, trying out my new standup paddleboard or when it's really bad weather, playing some boardgames with my friends. It could be games like Risk, Zombiecide, Gloomhaven or Cartan. I always keep an eye on what type of new games that are arriving. Right now we mainly play Gloomhaven. It's one of the best games I have tried so far. But with all the Airtracks training and other sports, it can be a little hard to find the time for boardgames. I play with my friend Michael who works with webdesign and IT support.
Movies and television series are another of my big passions. Love Scifi shows such as Firefly, Farscape and Stargate. I also used to enjoy movies, but lately the quality of movies have been pretty bad. Seems like all the good writters are now working with tv shows instead of movies. I haven't seen a really good film in almost 2 years now, but quite a few good series. Also why don't get get any comedy movies anymore, such as grown ups 2, hot fuzz or Borat.. I really miss movies like those. I have really high hopes for the Boret 2 movie, but it will most likely also let me down. Most new movies are way to serious. Also way to few new sports movies, if you ask me. Would love to see more movies on gymnastics or just more on sport in general. In the 80's we had tons of cool movies about sports, but these days barely any worth watching at all.
I live in a small house with my girlfriend, our dog Sprinter, and a cat named Codo.
Bad Boys for Life (2020)
What's the point of this movie? It's boring, missing all the charisma from the first 2 movies and feels more or less like a lame attempt to make some money rather than giving the viewers a good movie to watch. Having said that, there are a few good parts too. Some of the action are actually ok, a few good scenes too, but over all not a movie I would recommend watching.
Cobra Kai (2018)
After watching karate kid 2,3,4 ect. I really didn't have high hopes for this tv show. I was wrong. This turned out to be one of my favorite tv shows since game of thrones and I am already looking forward to the next season. If you liked the original Karate Kid, give this show a try and be amazed.
Gymnastics is Life! (2019)
Watch it if you like gymnastics
If you like me, are into gymnastics or sports then this is a really good show. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
