I personally think this iteration of tmnt is great. I like the show's uniqueness and its willingness to take risks. I also enjoy the more humorous take of the show, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have their moments of seriousness. The show is fun, the animation is smooth, the designs are distinct and unique, the characters are compelling, and I enjoy the dynamics between them.

I can't stress enough how this series got dealt a bad hand before it premiered and even while it was being aired on the channel. All I'm asking is for people to give it a fair viewing and judge the show as its own thing instead of looking at it as some kind of replacement or as an inferior version to the previous incarnations.

With the upcoming movie about to be released on Netflix, I hope more fans can grow to appreciate this series and maybe (hopefully) we'll get to see more of these characters afterward.

DuckTales is an amazing show and reboot of the original series. It still manages to do its own thing while paying homage and making references to the original and comics. New and old characters are brought in that you'll grow fond of, and you'll have fun each episode.

Watch the series on Disney XD, DisneyNow, Disney+, or where ever you can watch it to continue to see these characters for more seasons (or spin-offs) to come.
