Dr Sleep was really cool. Maybe the best horror movie of the year if it wasn't so long. There was a cool vampire element that I was not expecting to be mixed with the stuff from The Shining. Great movie for date night as it has something for everyone.

Ghost movies are usually not my thing but the wife wanted to watch something on Netflix and this is the only thing we both agreed on. There was some spooky stuff and the plot twist was unpredictable. There are better horror movies on Netflix but there are also worse.

Good story, Cool kills

This one clearly had a small budget but I have a soft spot in my heart for indie horror movies. All things considered the effects were really cool and I was entertained during the entire runtime. Some of the supporting performances are not very strong but I really liked the lead family and the mom was good enough to carry the film. The story was really cool and I really liked the practical effects. Not a bad option for midnight viewing.

An app on your phone that tells you when you are going to die is a cool idea. I wish they had of done more with it. This one is mainly for the teenage crowd but the deaths were alright. A fine way to kill an afternoon.
