  Colonel Lauren Haley : While I appreciate a good cinnamon cruller, Supergirl, the President has ordered to redirect manpower to Washington, D.C.

  Alex Danvers : For security. In case of any unrest after the repeal vote.

  Supergirl : So, who's looking for Lex?

  Colonel Lauren Haley : FBI, CIA, US Marshals. I believe SEAL Teams one through six. Everyone but us.

  M'yrnn J'onzz : [faintly, as he searches]  J'onn.

  Supergirl : [he inexplicably passes out]  J'onn?

  [as he falls to the ground, she catches him before impact] 

  Supergirl : J'onn, are you okay? J'onn!

  Alex Danvers : Maybe I can help Supergirl. With support from Agent Dox, I can direct the D.C. operation from the field.

  Colonel Lauren Haley : No, I can run point on D.C., cover where necessary. You focus on finding Lex.

  [taking the box of donuts from Kara] 

  Colonel Lauren Haley : Don't make me regret this.

  Alex Danvers : You're right. Eve Tessmacher was working with Lex. Lena knows her better than any of us.

  Supergirl : Let's go talk to her.

  Alex Danvers : Um... Lena has been through quite the ordeal. And given that you two don't have the cleanest history, I think it's better if I talk to her.

  Supergirl : Right.

  [handing her James' signal watch] 

  Supergirl : Uh, if she gives you a lead, press this once and I'll be there. You press it twice, I'll know not to come.

• Alex Danvers : [needs password to open computer file]  Okay... did Eve ever mention, like, a family pet?

  Supergirl : Uh...

  Lena Luthor : Here.

  [types in her educated guess password] 

  Supergirl : "IloveLex"? Gross!

• Supergirl : I feel the weight of the world on my shoulders. And since Superman left and Lex has been freed, it's a lot heavier.

• Eve Teschmacher : [revealed to be inside car as Supergirl rips off door]  Supergirl! How on earth did you find me?

  Supergirl : The only car protected with an X-ray scatterfield?

  Eve Teschmacher : Oh, poo...!

  Supergirl : Out of the car!

  Eve Teschmacher : [turns out to be a hologram]  Enjoy the show!
