As with previous instalments of the 'Hotel Transylvania' franchise, there are some scenes of slapstick as Dracula continuously gets caught in various mishaps in the jungle whilst in human form.
Dracula has various injuries throughout the movie. He is seen swollen from mosquito bites, he stubs his toe, he gets smacked by branches, trees, leaves, and Johnny and his eyes being burnt from the Sun. There is a scene with a flock of piranhas biting him.
When Mavis tries to turn Johnny into a human before he turns into a mindless beast forever, she gets burnt a lot from sunlight which the burns look quite painful.

Human Drac and Monster Johnny fall from a very high mountain, but the latter grows wings and saves them both.
The ending where Johnny is a giant, green monster is very intense, people are in peril.
None/Mild for neurodivergent viewers.
