This movie was released in 2019 (but most likely filmed in 2018). Around 40 minutes into the story, an aerial view of City Hall in Philadelphia, Pa., and the surrounding buildings is shown. The video provides a clear view of those buildings including the locally-famous PNB building with its massive letters atop the bell tower.
