Trivia

Cloudbusting is the second track by Kate Bush to be used in the series after "This Woman's Work" (S02E01 "June"). "This Woman's Work" was originally written and recorded by Kate Bush specifically for a dramatic childbirth scene toward the end of the 1988 John Hughes movie She's Having a Baby. The lead actress in that film, Elizabeth McGovern (who played the eponymous character having a baby), also played Moira in the 1990 film adaptation of The Handmaid's Tale. See more »

Goofs

You'll notice a number of times that Serena's left little finger does not have the leather prosthetic. Most notably is where Serena and the Commander are in the bedroom and she reaches for his hand and she has her finger again. See more »

One of the best episodes of television I've ever seen.

Twist after turn, turn after twist. This show has always made for some outstanding television and has included, in my opinion, some of the best most boundary-pushing story lines in TV. This episode tops them all. This show has long since mastered its corkscrew edge-of-your-seat drama and brutality, but this episode takes it to another level. The writers have yet again found the perfect point in the story to inject a complete 180.
