Goofs
When Pat is interacting with the dog, he refers to the dog as a good girl, and the dogs are continually referred to as bitches by their owner, Barclay, but it is clear it is a male dog.

Barclay Beg-Chetwynde introduces himself to Alison and Mike. He is the neighbour who lives about a mile away and he also owns the nearest village.

Alison and Mike learn that he own part of the access way to the drive to their own house. They invite him and his wife to dinner to discuss it and it ends up in a friendly game of cards.

The ghosts meanwhile celebrate an eclipse for Robin and end up watching Friends.

Alison realises that relying on the ghosts for a dinner banquet is not a good idea.

I found this to be a frustrating episode. There were some good bits and Geoffrey McGivern is always good value.

I could never understand how Alsion could rely on someone to get it right when they so often got it wrong. It just made it all less funny.
