Facts

Most Detention Facilities have wire mesh inside the walls floors, ceilings, connected together that are also connected to the door hinges and grounded multiple times, this blocks any or all radio frequencies.

When the Federal Bureau of Investigation (F.B.I.) conducts, does a Raid, the Entire Area around that building, aircraft, area, is surrounded to secure the perimeter, crime scene, first by an inner ring of FBI and then another ring of Local Law Enforcement.

The First inside are never the F.B.I. Agent(s) in Charge, usually the designated Assault Breach Team Member usually equipped with Heavy Frontal Body Armor and maybe Nuclear Biological Chemical Protective gear, at least a protective mask just in case CS Agent aka "Tear Gas" must be used. If the F.B.I. Agent(s) in Charge get Killed or Injured this causes a disruption of all Cases they are working on.

Ever since Democrat President Obama Authorized the U.S. Law Enforcement Use of "Drones" within the U.S., Federal Government Law Enforcement like the F.B.I. use Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (U.A.V.s) aka Unarmed "Drones" flying over the Area that they are going to Raid, as less costly and obvious than a Helicopter.
