There is a clone factory somewhere in paradise. It seems to produce attractive Detective Sergeants.
DS Madeleine Dumas has been sent from Paris to investigate Jack Mooney over Florence's shooting. She is not impressed with his shambolic behaviour which she thinks pervades over to the others in the police station. If her report finds Mooney at fault for Florence getting shot, he will back in London.
Mooney and the team are investigating the death of a local radio DJ who got shot live on air. Dezzie Dixon was alone in the studio, his assistant and producer were outside getting something to eat.
Essentially a locked room mystery which was not that taxing but it was enjoyable enough with plenty of reggae songs. I have a feeling that Dumas will be sticking around for a while.
