An ad luring models to the backwoods of Columbus, Ohio is being typed. Several characters are introduced - from bikini-clad fight girls to emo and goth and punk girls to military women and round girls wearing cat ears and soaked in blood, ready to carry the round card sign with the words, "Kill the Bitch." Drenched in sweat from the summer heat, all the cage girls introduce the Girlfight Championship Belt, commencing the GirlFight: Model Kombat tournament. Brandi enters a brutal steel cage and tosses a huge chain from her shoulders then begins wrapping razor-sharp barb-wire around her fist, tearing away at her flesh, all while Briana arms herself with a set of brass knuckles for boxing gloves. Both girls stance before Briana breaks it up by tackling Brandi into the cage. But Brandi is quick to counter with a bone-shattering combination of knee-tosses, breaking Briana's ribs. Brandi kicks Briana back against the cage and cartwheels towards her, jumping into the air to land a fatal blow into Briana so hard her entire body is thrown through the cage, leaving a bloody pulp of flesh, teeth, her tongue and eyeball. The next fight starts out with psycho girl Lindsey drinking vodka as Becca mocks her. Lindsey shuts her up by clamming a glass bottle into her mouth then following this up tackling her to the ground. As Becca screams for her life, Lindsey stalks her prey and wrestles her into a camel clutch, tearing into her mouth with a loose strand of barb-wire. Lindsey teases slitting her throat but throws down her head to quickly stab Becca twice. She rolls over Becca's corpse to punch into her chest, rip out her still-beating heart, and devours it like a savage beast while bathing in her blood, spitting out the heart into a dead Becca's face, serving as both as a humiliation to Becca and warning for her next opponent. Amanda enters the cage to stare Lindsey right in the eye before Lindsey charges at her, allowing Amanda an opening to throw a brutal punch to her face, knocking her out. Amanda catches a falling Lindsey by the throat then delivers a brutal combination of belly-punching, turning her into her and snaps Lindsey's neck so hard Lindsey's weight tosses her own self to the ground. Amanda calls out Rachel but is met in the cage by punk girl Lexi who dangles Brandi's heavy chains to the ground. Amanda sports Briana's brass knuckles and both girls throw a series of punches only to block each other. Having enough, Lexi grabs her fists and brings Amanda into her to slam her knee into Amanda's chest, knocking her off balance so Lexi can grab her head and toss it into the cage like a basketball. After mocking the defeated Amanda, Lexi pulls her to her feet only to slam her into the cage even harder before smearing her face into the cage, ripping away her cheek. Lexi wraps her chain around Amanda's neck and then asks the cage girls if they want any - only Kitten Chelsi accepts the challenge and enters the cage. Like the diva she is, she takes her time, stretching and warming up before the fight. She throws a couple of punches only to be countered by Lexi's skull-crunching elbow blasts, tossing Chelsi into the cage and to the ground, unconscious. Chelsi wakes up to find a chain around her neck and Lexi finishes Amanda by hanging her before hanging Chelsi, taking pleasure and quenching her blood-thirst as each girl gasps for air and spills blood from their mouths. The tournament ends memorializing each of the fallen angels followed by the frightening reality of Ohio's human trafficking statistics for that year. The movie moves the audience to meet government assassin Russell Brown who organized the tournament with the help of his reclusive wife due to her hatred and jealousy towards models. Russell falls asleep after a day of drinking and dreams of him getting brutally slaughtered by his past enemy, a female Ninja assassin. He wakes up to find himself attacked by a punk fashion model. Not realizing the fight is real, Candy Glam is wickedly defeated by Russell Brown. Russell takes a vacation and learns his wife was behind the ninja and punk assassins. Before returning to her, he stops in Vegas and has sex with a prostitute who violently thrusts herself on to him in attempts to collect the bounty his wife placed on his head. Russell leaves unscathed and finally returns home to find his wife cosplaying (as a sexy police woman, a sword-wielding and barb-wire baseball bat-wielding nurse, a killer clown, and a sex kitten in a leopard bikini set, oiled up as if she were sweating) and taunting the dead girls from her Blu-ray copy of the GirlFight: Model Kombat tournament. She smashes a glass bottle over his head and issues a challenge to several girls worldwide to submit videos to her. That night she is killed and Russell notices the influx of submissions and can't help himself to play them. The next day, Russell, with his wife's dead body in the trunk, naps and recalls his assassin encounters as a kid when he was assigned to a backyard wrestling fed. Taking this as a sign of impending doom he relaxes to some magazines from Bad Girls Club Magazine and finally tosses his wife's corpse into a dump. He finds a Satanic post card on the ground with his wife's killer taking credit and inviting him to meet her by the train tracks. Just as he enters the tracks under a bridge,out of nowhere, a hooded woman comes from behind and knocks him out with a concrete block. She is Raven, a red haired paste white woman wearing a Baphomet mask, a black caped hood. Underneath she wears short back shorts, striped socks, and a spiked rave bra. He's falls on a tarp on the ground, bloodied head, semi-conscious. She kicks his arms close to him and sits on his chest as he coughs blood humiliating him, revealing her true identity as the black raven and black cat seen during the events of the GirlFight: Model Kombat tournament. She stands up to grab an axe, bringing the blade to her mouth to lick it. She poses with the axe as if it were a golf club and swings the axe right into Russell's nuts. He screams bloody murder. Raven uses the axe to sit back on his chest. She pulls out her ritual dagger. She grabs Russell's tongue and cuts out his tongue. She then swallows it in one gulp. She stands up to take her victory stance, in manic laughter and giggles. What follows next is a featurette, "We're Alive" followed by Raven of LA thanking Raven of Cleveland for killing Russell Brown before rolling video alongside the credit crawl from other models who submitted to Rachel's challenge but were too scared to show up and fight. After the credits a young feisty topless blonde calls out an older topless brunette then we see topless demon eating both of these girls' intestines as her midnight snack.
