Karen, a 38-year-old couples counselor and mother of three, has her life turned upside down when she discovers her husband's infidelity. Suddenly single, she must say good-bye to the utopian vision of the perfect nuclear family, and the professional advice she gives her clients now seem absurd. Every other weekend, the so-called "daddy weekends", are what Karen no fears most. Written by anonymous
It was meant to be a drama/comedy but it's just all drama and even weak as such. 6x 45min episodes of a woman in her daily routine after divorce, long boring scenes from her sitting on the toilet, getting the kids ready and just her routine in blend with emotional freakout every now and then. it's no storyline trough the series so the episodes from 2-6 can be watched in any order. The ex-husband was oddly written part, weak and dull guy that's hard for any male audience to relate to. I know that many women liked this TV show because they connected to the divorce scenario and loved the fact that the lead actress showed her nude aging body. Thats great but this was supposed to be a dramatic TV comedy and it wasn't funny at all. Giggles here and there but it's just extremely poorly written TV show and impossible to rescue by any director or cast. It's not even a family show due to the sex scenes and it's just lots of hrs of confused, bitter and boring woman going about her routine so even for fine acting.....it's just the worst and dullest writing I have ever seen in major TV show in Iceland and it's a shame to waist taxpayers money to but this amateur writing into serious production.
