In October 1989, 10-year-old Amy Mihaljevic is lured to a suburban Ohio shopping mall by an unknown man, and she is never seen again; A 30-year mystery and nationwide manhunt ensues involving thousands of leads and hundreds of suspects.
The documentary was way overdramatized. It was an unnecessary thing to do and made the entire show unappealing to me. Constantly the narrator will say things like some tactic by the police had paid off, but nothing would ever come out of it. People who were hardly persons of interest are called 'suspects.' Some of the people that they constantly interview are just obvious drama queens who love the spotlight.
