Did You Know?

The term "Phlebotinum", mentioned in this episode as a word that does't exist, is, in fact, a term that was originally coined by the Buffy the Vampire Slayer writer David Greenwalt. According to Joss Whedon, who created both Buffy and Agents, the term is similar to that of "maguffin", meaning an imaginary object that serves no purpose other than to move the plot forward. Daisy 'Skye' Johnson: Does it hurt?
Enoch: It does. A bit. But it's not the physical pain that troubles me. I am acutely aware that in my thousands of years observing humans, I never used to feel lonely. I have been alone many times. Let's do the time warp again...
23 July 2020 | by GomezAddams666See all my reviews

I am incredibly happy we got a Daisy-centered episode, but even happier that a time loop story was well-crafted.

When you deal with time loops there is always the prospect the story gets convoluted, but when you have an expert team in front and behind the camera, the experience is amazing.

This series is dolling out its greatest episodes on its final season, which is a monumental achievement as the stakes have been raised high, and every single entry this season has been up to ask to outdo its predecessor.

Nine episodes down, four to go.
