Quotes

General Rick Stoner: So, sucker punching me wasn't enough. You're saboteurs. Your friends blew up my rocket. On the Fourth of July.
Phil Coulson: You didn't want that thing to reach orbit, General. You would have found that out the hard way.
General Rick Stoner: Because time-traveling robots would have turned their deadly lasers upon the Earth.
Phil Coulson: More or less. Yeah.
General Rick Stoner: And you. This was destined for a celebratory barbecue, Chastity. That's not your real name, is it?
Melinda May: Melinda May. I'm not an H.R. laison.
Phil Coulson: I think he got that from the bag of explosions.

Back to the old unpofessional behaviour
3 July 2020 | by SallyWilliamsSee all my reviews

This season has been quite strong so far. But I simply can't stand it when so-called professional agents, especially the director, let their emotions get in the way. It happened before in the series, and regarding the stakes it's not tolerable. I know that they are writing this to add emotional depth to the characters, but I find this behaviour really annoying. Let's hope the rest of the season doesn't repeat this again.
