Powerful, yet sad episode.

An indictment of our current legal system. The two main story lines are the Judge serving on jury duty and a client is locked up for a minor crime because he can't afford the bond. The Judge describes the episode best when he explains his experience "alarming, sad, unfair, frustrating, deeply unsettling at times..."
