Goofs

SVU officers arrest Snake for his wife's assault after they find out that he regularly visits a gym where he takes out his anger on his wife on mannequins and other inanimate objects.

In order to arrest a person, police must have probable cause. Nothing that Snake did, said, or didn't say came anywhere near giving police probable cause to arrest him. Even though police may consider him the primary suspect in the case, they cannot make an arrest him simply because they believe he probably committed the crime, especially since they haven't yet interviewed his wife (the victim) and have no physical or eyewitness evidence that points to his guilt--or even to his presence at the crime scene. Most of the episode took place in the dark. Too much time spent on emotions of Fin. Not enough of Snoop Dogg.
