- No onscreen sex or nudity.
- A couple of times we see a girl straddle a man. No nudity.
- A girl is seen in bralette and knickers. Although she is like this for a while, it's not in the shot most of the time.
- A slave master asks a woman to spread her legs, nothing else happens afterwards. That sentence implies rape but it doesn't happen.

- A person hits another's head with a piece of wood exposing brain and skull matter.
- A woman throws a dagger in a man's face.
- a man is crushed by a giant trunk.
- A shattered animal in a putrefied state is found by a group of people.

- A woman is shot in the face and you see the side of her head missing

- A man has his skull smashed in, as punishment for killing a cult member. Very gory.
- This film gets pretty gruesome at times, but the violence is more infrequent then normal and it's not as violent as other wrong turn movies have gotten.

- There is a graphic fight scene at the end of the movie where a women is stabbed in the chest, two teen boys have their throat slit and a man has a knife shoved through the back of his head. This ends up being a day dream as the woman previously killed begins to speak to a character as her eyes roll in her head
- Young boy gets throat slashed in dining room about an hour and 40 minutes in
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A woman agrees to marry an older man in order to save herself from a gruesome execution. She reluctantly agrees to sleep with him, and although nothing is shown on-screen, she is later revealed to be pregnant with his child and suffering greatly from the trauma of what happened after her forced marriage.
