- Some people making out on a street where there appear to work prostitutes. In the same scene, a woman takes an old man's hat and when he tries to get it back the other man who's with him tells him that it's cheaper to buy another one, referencing she is a prostitute.

- The whole concept of the film about a man who is soon to die of cancer may upset viewers.
- Mr Williams death is very emotional and a few scenes after he dies especially the playground ones are very upsetting.
- The blood on the main character's tissue may be upsetting
