quite invigirating and unhumble to be british

Well, i love the brits, believe me, ive just got positive expriences on that front, and love youll get in wide and broad extents in this little flick called masters of love . its a film about friendship, siblings, mums and parents, infidelity and one night stands, love and hate, black and white, nerd on bird,, but most of all a very positive way of spelling out emotions and forgiveness.

its a film made on a ''moneysavers''ideology, but that said you can hardly see that feature. and that is mainly due to a splendid cast, an honest and perfectly lenght of dialouge lines, the roller coaster speed of plot, that makes you hang tight on the line just to see how this ends.a comedy drama it is and they have made it really smooth and acurate, just the way all of us has fondled our way through the hardships of love and life, and of course how to make love, and not to forget to make a living until death do us aparte'.

its a cuddlers movie, thank god not too romantic, just that sentiment that takes toll on all of us. if you like chatter comedy youll might be disapointed, otherwise its a recommend from the grumpy old man

Disasters of Love or Masters of Dull...

Playing like an extended pilot for a sitcom that would never be commissioned a group of borderline alcoholics in dysfunctional relationships give paint drying a good run for its money.

Terribly boring

Warning: Spoilers
One pointless dialogue in this and any film is when a character meets another and introduces or points out the relationship, for example when a brother calls his sister, "sister" or she points out she's his sister. Never happens in real life and in a film, there are several obvious ways to allow the audience to learn about the characters and relationships.

Boring, no substance, predictable characters and storyline.

Quirky, subtle and zeitgeisty drama

A really impressive debut film which takes the romcom genre into the millennial era. A wry, knowing and very compassionate story about likeable and amusing characters, and wonderfully, lightly told. Definitely worth a watch.

Great film about a group of friends and the trials and tribulations of their love lives. Characters are very relatable and you can really feel yourself dragged into their emotions and stories. Well written, filmed and a really good score too. Recommend watching!

Phenomenal!

A beautifully woven showcase of love in all it's glorious metamorphic forms. Masters of Love gives a raw, poignant and hilarious insight into the lives of a group of Londoners as they try to navigate their way through the icky love stuff. Fantastic direction, a wonderfully synthesised score and phenomenal performances. Masters of Love is subtly moving, more so than many other films backed by loud, rose tinted Hollywood. This is compelling British cinema at it's understated best - Bravo!

Original, offbeat and surprising romantic comedy
michaelbyrne-2860823 July 2020
Masters Of Love is not your usual rom-com! It's a truthfully messy and funny look at the lives of a group of thirty-somethings and how life sometimes overtakes loves and careers. Beautifully shot, this is a quiet, intimate and memorable comedy.
