Missed a chance
3 August 2019 | by ian-44-25449See all my reviews

Just a TERRIBLE documentary ! Missed a great chance to help people watching . Hard to watch someone trying to bio hack their energy when they are overweight and poor eater .

Plus, he talks his work load as a presenter and it isn't close to a heavy work load ! Needs to toughen up a tad !
