New Easter Island Material!
31 December 2019 | by timothygartinSee all my reviews

I was really dreading hearing more of the same Easter Island material that this series has retold so many times. Right from the start of this episode, I was pleasantly surprised. This episode takes an all new spin by focusing on seven particular Moai and their possible ties to other Polynesian civilizations. I loved the David and Georgiou on location material and the settings are breathtaking. The exploration of archeology that has not yet been featured was excellent as well.

This episode along with "Island of the Giants" worked really well in this season.
