Storyline

Drawing from the testimony of Shlomo Levin, The Fox and the Hare is an animated documentary that takes audiences into the mind of Shlomo as a child living through the Holocaust. Shlomo's struggles begin when his parents are unable to secure an exit visa to British Mandate Palestine, and are forced to go into hiding when the Nazi's invade. Separated from his two sisters, his mother, and his father, Shlomo faces starvation and certain death upon discovery. The rest of his family is no safer, and Shlomo's fear and uncertainties manifest in his subconscious mind.
