Saturday Night Live (1975) stars Colin Jost and Michael Che host the 70th annual awards ceremony, where "Game of Thrones (2011)" leads the pack with 22 nominations, while writer and director David Lynch receives multiple nominations for "Twin Peaks (2017)." Written by Jwelch5742
This was as boring as could be. The opening number was dreadful and unfunny. The wit that makes Colin Jost and Michael Che entertaining on SNL was completely lost here. And what was up with this new format? Let's announce the nominees first, then introduce who is presenting the award, have them banter and then announce the winner. By that time, you've forgotten who was nominated in the first place. And all the SNL actors were just not funny here.
