Hollywood Boulevard: An Interview with Roger Corman (2016)
*** (out of 4)
This here is a fast and fun interview with Roger Corman who talks about producing HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD, the 1976 film from Joe Dante. If you're familiar with Corman interviews then you already know that he's a pretty straight shooter as he answers the questions right to the point and without too many details. He talks about how the idea for the film was pitched to him and why the selling point was that it was going to be the smallest budget movie that the studio had done. From here he talks about the cast and crew as well as how he knew they would go onto much bigger things including the two director's doing two of the most popular movies for the studio. There's nothing ground-breaking here but it's always fun listening to Corman and this here is certainly worth watching.
