The show was originally written in German. But when the creators presented it to German TV stations, everybody rejected it for being too much of a genre show which doesn't fit their profile. I think it is always a matter of taste. Spides is different. I like the story. I like the style. I like the settings. The story isn't crazy new, but its a well made serie. Rosabell Laurenti makes a great job, which keeps me to watch on. For me it works out. Love it or leave it.
