Wanting Hebby to bond with her biological mother and needing some help as his mommy's group has set him up on a blind date, Darryl asks Rebecca to babysit, to which Rebecca reluctantly agrees, that reluctance in not being a baby person. Babysitting night ends up coinciding with Greg, at the spur of the moment, wanting to come over, supposedly to say what he didn't say last he saw Rebecca when he, Nathaniel and Jason stormed off together in her past/present with all three and Josh being somewhat exposed. Rebecca has a split in focus, really wanting to hear what Greg has to tell her, but knowing her first priority in this situation is a crying Hebby, who can probably sense Rebecca's nervousness in babysitting. This babysitting duty and Darryl's date mean that they cannot attend Paula's games night. What Paula didn't tell them or her other attending guests is that the party is really her graduation party, she not wanting anyone to know the real reason in not liking that kind of focus on herself. The party has the potential to go off the rails and thus ruin Paula's self-celebration as issues arise between randomly selected games partners, Josh and Nathaniel who have never liked each other, and Valencia who has for some reason always been mean to Hector who in return is afraid of her.
