The harrowing true account of TSgt John Chapman, an Air Force Combat Controller embedded with a team of Navy SEALs, who would go on to earn the Medal of Honor for his actions during what came to be known as the Battle of Takur Ghar in Afghanistan in March 2002. Based on the nonfiction account "Alone At Dawn" by Dan Schilling and Lori Chapman.
