Hilarious, but not that hilarious

This episode features Nicole trying to pay for a bill in person. Richard goes in the bank to get a snack but someone catches him. He lies and says that he's the founder of the bank. We get this great song about him as the founder. He starts making all these wacky changes. The best part is how he says he's putting the fun in functionality.

That is, it's now funfunctionality. The goofiness escalates as you'd expect, all leading to a great punchline that also serves as the ending. The Watterson kids are only seen briefly in this episode. The one scene they do have is quite funny. I love the Good Angel, Bad Angel joke they use. I knew they'd use a variant. ***1/2
