Duncan Joiner plays "Elijah". This could be a nod to Elijah Wood who starred in "Forever Young", a film about a pilot who, due to cryogenics, wakes up in 1992.

Goofs
Mary Ann says that based on the government's previous experience with the rift, Theodore can't take anything new back with him. But Kaminski never said anything like that, and the implication is that the government never tried. All Kaminski said is that the time traveler has to take everything back with him that he brought: that doesn't exclude new items.

Best episode so far, really emotional acting

The acting of Austin Stowell and Duncan Joiner is outstanding and emotionally touching. I would really like to see more of both in the future. They are just the perfect couple for that kinda storyline.
