- In one episode, Flex Mentallo accidentally flexes the wrong muscle and makes everyone, including Danny the Street and the Doom Patrol, orgasm. Since Robotman's body cannot do this, he pretends to join in.
- In season 2, sex ghosts are introduced--blue, ghost-like people having sex. Fairly graphic with thrusting and moaning, but no genitals are shown

- When we see Cyborg after the accident, his leg and half his face is gone And is very gory. A few scenes after we see Silas Stone with Victor will his arm missing, very disturbing
- A persons head is impaled with an exclamation mark with blood spray.
