The reason why most fans didn't like this it's because this is not a follow up to max and chloe's strory witch is not fair and yes the voice acting is pretty weak specially the main protagonist (sean) but still the story and characters are really good it's much more longer and bigger than the original life is strange and it's very grounded, in my opinion this was even better than the first episode of season 1 and that game is one of my favorites of all time.
You can't really enjoy this game if you want max and chloe but you can get the comics of what happened to them after the storm so move on that way you can enjoy this. It's a pretty good game and i can't wait for more.
