Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Annabelle Comes Home isn't as frequent with scares but the scares are very very intense and are well executed. May very well be the scariest in the franchise besides the first conjuring, along with Annabelle Creation. There are many scares towards the last half hour. There's a lot of new evil and frightening entities in this installment, most specifically "TheWedding dress Demon" she might be even creepier than Valak, and the Devil is pretty frightening as well.
  • The ferryman is a new demonic entity that is introduced in this film. The demon is a very frightening foe as it terrorizes a group a girls that are stuck in a house.
  • A ghostly bride in a White wedding dress appears throughout the film. She is covered in blood and carries a knife. Probably the most frightening of new demonic forces. She at one point stabs a character and then possess them by vomiting a bloody liquid in their mouth. Very sudden and disturbing and terrifying.
  • A character is terrorized by a demonic werewolf that chases them around a house. The werewolf pops out of the house's surrounding mist at points. These appearances could scare young kids

  • The demon possessing the Annabelle doll manifests as a monstrous creature with horns, claws, and glowing eyes during the film.

  • A teenager gets tormented by evil spirits that disguise themselves as her dead father.
  • A samurai outfit is seen moving by its own in some scenes. In one scene you can hear people screaming in agony as a girl passes by the suite signifying that the suites owner has brutally killed people.
