When Number Five and Luther's rendezvous with Hazel and Cha-Cha is interrupted by Diego and Klaus, the ice cream truck driven by Diego is playing "Ride of the Valkyries", a reference to the helicopter attack scene in "Apocalypse Now" (1979). See more »

Life is too short

I like Sheila McCarthy. She was in Die Harder, you know, and a staple in Canadian TV and cinema for decades. She seems to be a little wasted in this time waster, but she's a real highlight. But still, she seems wasted.

Klaus rides the bus through the years and even passes a Bank of Montreal branch while passing through the Junction. The Bobbsey Twins are unhappy about their briefcase and they definitely want to take it out on him and Diego. Fortunately Five convinces Luther to help him out so they set up a meet.

And unfortunately, either the Editor decided or the director told the editor to make some edgy cuts just like on NotYOUtube. This is COMMERCIAL TELEVISION, you idiots. Leave the jump cuts to the semi-pros and DO YOUR JOB like you should. At least they didn't get into weird dutch angles like STD has.

DOOM PATROL still blows this failure out of the water.
