After losing her parents in a car accident, Okko starts living in the countryside with her grandmother who runs a traditional Japanese inn. While she prepares to be the next owner of the inn, Okko can somehow see friendly ghosts.

This is a sad story, with a predictable and passable conclusion, in a sad visual style. Nothing to justify a 70 mn length. 10 would have been enough.
And it is so sad that it is not suitable for children, and so childish that it is not for adults either. Who is this movie for ?
About the visual style : it looks like the creators discovered a way to animate smoke in a fancy way. So they searched for a story with a lot of smoke/clouds/waterfalls/fire.
