This adaptation of William Shakespeare's gory play "Titus Andronicus" tells the story of Tamora, dying patient in a psychiatric hospital. Her feverish dreams take her into a strange world between life and death, where torture and murder rule and a bloody journey of revenge with no return is about to start.

The white rabbit in the film was played by two white baby rabbits. In one scene they were supposed to run through the "pool of blood" but they liked the fake blood made of rose hip tea so much they stopped to drink - and the photo of the rabbit with the rose hip tea on his mouth looked so scary that it became the main motive for the movie poster.
