Having convinced himself that he is a competent adult completely capable of taking care of himself without the help of his overprotective mother, Honeycomb, the inexperienced bear cub, decides it's high time he ventured into the wild forest on his own. However, life is difficult out there--and to make matters worse--trouble is just around the corner, as a pair of hunters have set their sights on the young bear.
