Incredible
15 October 2018 | by kdwc-66-443380See all my reviews

The continuous scene only interrupted by flashbacks to Hill House was incredible. Couple that with incredible acting from all characters and this may be the best TV episode of all time (maybe minus several GOT episodes). I was exhausted after it ended. Also, it tied together the family dynamics and dysfunction that had been brewing over the previous episodes. Maybe with the exception of The Sixth Sense, I have never seen a horror show where the supernatural was secondary to the human element. What I mean is your glued to the interactions of the living characters but are constantly on guard for intrusions of the supernatural. And then the supernatural component intrudes at perfect moments. Again, Incredible.
