Wastage of time

So basically this girl name poroma has been engaged to rohan so when she came to mumbai she fall in love with johny a drummer and another member of band which is female she fall in love with poroma. That's all, so you need to watch 13 episodes of 25 minutes just to know this... So what she exactly want to do, with whom she wants to marry, she knows nothing about it. The only plus point is everyone has acted well the dialogues are good and shooting sites are nice.

Didn't get the ending... What was It??

It contains story of girl called poroma which has own whishlist to satisfy her sexual desire but you have to watch 13 episodes for that and it is very time consuming and too leghthy so i prefer don't wast your time.

This show is pointless in that there's no point to anything that happens in it. She shows up to Bombay, explores her physicality and sexuality. That's basically the whole plot punctuated by literally every single cheesy romcom, sitcom cliche you can think of. SKIP IT!

The storyline is in sync with the current youth of the country. The title justifies the story line. Waiting for season 2 !

So basically everything here is about making out and adultery. Poroma is stuck in between way too many guys making it more like a love pentagon for her. Every other person here ends up with someone's ex or present. Watching both the seasons will consume nearly 9-10 hours of yours. There's still a possibility for another season.

Amazingly complex journey to finding the self

Don't go by the poor user ratings I feel. This is an amazing series albeit with some flaws that explores love, lust, confusions, misunderstandings, desires, many other such themes that is a rarefied reflections of our times. The actress playing the lead role of Poromo has done a fabulous job of conveying the complex emotions very beautifully, very competently. The atmosphere is rarefied and filtered and too clean and it may lack the complexities that real life scenarios can bring but still it is not like it is flying all over the place and doesn't have its feet firmly on the ground. The direction is effective and simple, not trying to overwhelm you visually and forcibly pull you in but draws you in gently. What the protagonist goes through and her growth in the process is worth a watch.

The second-half of the second season though feels superfluous and over the top and bit too glossy for comfort, trying to attract you with beaches, pool parties etc and all such regular fare. But story gets a bit weird with three guys proposing the lead girl. The other characters including the guys start to become way too secondary. Bringing in Rohan track again after it ended in Kolkatta was a bit boring and forced upon the audience. He shouldn't have been brought again I feel and at least he shouldn't have been dared to propose to Poroma even if he called off his own wedding.

Tv-series like this build my faith in India streaming services that, they'll never be able to beat western shows. I mean, I literally had hope when I spotted Rajat Barmecha as the lead cast, he has done some spotless work in Udaan, which is still one of my favourite films. I honestly don't know about Tara Alisha, her bubbly looks are definitely prorating the character of Poroma well, and that's all. Yes... Although, if you give this show a time to sink in, you'll realise that its well-directed cast is good but not the script or story. Tara has done some honesty with her character but the characters itself is not that honest, from the first episode you can't trust her of her actions. Her secret Wishlist seems like an overexaggerated concept of some film based on cancer. And in the process of fulfilling those desires, she becomes so offhand that its okay to cheat on your fiancé for fun sake. I mean, how bored are you in life? I would suggest to not invest time in this show, it's as much as bogus as its underrated script.

Then this series is meant for you. There are several directors who make great tv serieses, even in comic one. Here in this show, there is an infidel girl, who has no place to stand on, played by Tara Alisha Berry, who is abetted by her friend also. "To Rohan me kya probelm thi?? Shaadi karti, 1-2 saal rehti fir divorce de deti" It looka like Alliance of Parties in a parliament. Release the party's goons, or else, alliance will be called off. Entertainment is definitely required to the common societies. Societies also don't take them in a puffy way, dekho aur bhul jaao.

It's was very predictable story. I really don't understand how can someone fall in love so quickly and that too when they are engaged to someone whom they known for like 15 years.

I loved the series madly... I just can't explain it was so wonderful and I could relate exactly same as the story of my life... It was more than entertainment wonderful casting, story, dialogues, and the best direction....amazing guys... Hats off to your work!! I just have one complaint why you guys all of a sudden stopped our breath at the end!!!

I really liked the acting in the series. Tara-Alisha Berry & Rajat Barmecha were the standout performers for me. But the script was very weak. I get it, the title is Love, Lust and Confusion. But the entire show's story is probably just 1 hour long.

Most of the episodes are completed with fillers. The actors deserved a good script and I hope to see them further in more TV shows in the future.

Really finds the story base good and existing, sometimes it was monotonous but can ignore it keeping in mind about the storyline. Poroma u r quite good, superb acting, nobody can say that u r not a bong. Hoping the season there will appear in the screens soon with the same cast.

Love, Lust and Confusion as a whole is a comedy of errors and a coming of age story - with a gamut of confusions and perplexities, love and desires, choices and dilemmas mixed with an ensemble of lovable characters who depict today's confused selves of the millennials. Revolving around the life of a young girl Poroma Sarkar, Love Lust and Confusion is the perfect depiction of the age of indecisiveness, age of physical exploration and the age of confusion. The show also explores the element of polyamory (a now trending concept in Bollywood) and depicts the perspective of youngsters towards it. The premise sets the stage for two people who meet each other at crossroads of their lives followed by a series of misadventures involving themselves and others . My statement? Well directed and truly efficient cast out did the overrated story. Actors have done some honesty with their characters but the characters in the very first place were utterly unreal, viewers can start feeling the distance from reality, since the very beginning of the series.

The protagonist's secret wishlist seems like an over used concept due to lack of story and overflowing funds of the production team. And in the process of fulfilling those desires, she becomes so offhand that its okay to cheat on your fiancé for fun sake. There's no point in watching this series unless you're a diehard fan of one of it's casts, which was exactly why I watched it!

The Youth of India is not at all hollow as it is shown in this series. I don't wanna comment of effort of cast and crew but just wanna say... it is not going in any direction.
