Absolute genius!

This is an amazing satire about the 2016 presidential election. You can't just watch it once and catch all of the hilarity. Every line is pure genius.

Warning: Spoilers
I'm surprised this only has a 7.5. Then again, there have been relatively few ratings. What I love about this episode is how it works great as political satire. It starts with Gumball talking to the audience about what's going on. Or is he talking to the audience? This episode features the kids being trapped in a school room while their parents are sleeping. The heat increases and they need to elect a leader.

I was at first confused as to why they were still fighting even though they were out of the room. They simply acknowledge that now the whole building is on fire! Wait, the episode ends with it being blown up. Their parents were still in there... Anyway, there were tons of great jokes and a great cast. I think they were making fun of those kid's videos on YouTube that have so many views. ****

Drivel

What a pathetic caricature of our most recent election. A woman who sentenced soldiers and civilians to their deaths in Libya, then covered it up by blaming it on a youtube video is portrayed as a sweet little girl with a heart of gold who yearns for us all to work together. This villain who couldn't even work together with our intelligence agencies to keep confidential documents off of unencrypted servers is just a gentle little cartoon animal that wants to save the room (world) from the heat (global warming) brought on by irresponsible forebears (nothing's your fault, is it, millennials?).

Instead, the people, insane from the heat, choose a candidate that promises change and delivers nothing (you know, like record low unemployment, tax cuts, and a record setting economy). It's fitting that all of this bile is spewed in a cartoon; nowhere else could liberals possibly realize their own schizophrenic perceptions of reality in a way that makes any sense. Certainly not in the real world.
