Sex & Nudity

  • An older man has two trafficked young women at his motel room. They briefly flirt with him in the open doorway. They are very young and the man is much older - he could be their grandpa or great grandpa - they take their clothes off and he is fully clothed - gratuitous- they leave the next morning bare feet.
  • Numberous scenes with women's butts in bikinis. Pool scene with lots of gyrating.
  • A pool party is attended with lots of thong bikinis, and erotic dancing but no nudity.
  • At the 1 hour, 47 second mark, many women are seen in bikinis for nearly three minutes, until around the 1 hour, 3 minute and ten second mark. This is the only sequence that contains nudity in the film.
  • Many naked women - bare bottoms and topless. Extremely gratuitous and not necessary for the story.
  • Old man with very young women. The old man is clothed but the very young women are naked.

Violence & Gore

  • Despite being a Clint Eastwood film, there is surprisingly not much violence.
  • The main character is often threatened at gun point by members of the cartel.
  • Two men are shot, in a non graphic fashion.
  • A man is threatened by two cartel members. Later the same man is seen driving in his car with a bloody and bruised face.
  • A man opens the trunk of his car to show a body of a drug runner who was shot and killed for not following rules.


  • There is profanity throughout the movie
  • 35 uses of "fuck", 18 uses of "shit", 11 uses of "damn", and 9 uses of "hell." 1 instance of "titties," 1 instance of "pecker," 1 instance of "piss," and 17 combined instances of "bitch" and "bastard." 1 use each of the name "Jesus," and of the titles "Christ" and "Lord"; 9 instances of "God."

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Drug smuggling is a prominent subject throughout the film
  • A man opens the back of his truck and finds a stash of cocaine.
  • At a pool party, many members drink various alcoholic beverages.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The entire mood of the film is some what unsettling as you wonder if the main character will get caught.
  • A SWAT team raids a house and compound of drug dealers, which is intense
