Not comparable to the first season
15 November 2018 | by chiaragiacobelliSee all my reviews

The second season of Medici, focused on Lorenzo The Magnificent, is really not comparable to the first one: less quality in any aspect, especially screenshot and actors. I didn't like how the actors chosen performed their roles and the aderence to the history is very low; Lorenzo is described as a hero, much more pure and honest that how he really was. Also, the relation between him and Clarice Orsini was not so romantic, considering that he always loved Lucrezia Donati. I was disappointed by this second season and I really hope next one will be better.
